I ended up with some pretty decent deals and I'll do my best to break it down for you. I spent $13.48 total over 2 transactions and purchased 16 items, which works out to be .84 cents a piece. Check it out.
1st Transaction
- 2 Bounty Napkins - 1.09 with $1.00 off 2 coupons (doubles to 2.00 off) = .18 for both
- Mrs. T Pirogi - 2.49 with 1.00 off coupon (doubles to 2.00 off) = .49
- Hot Pocket Snackers - 2.99 with 1.00 off coupon (doubles to 2.00 off) = .99 each
- NY Texas Toast - 2.79 with 1.00 off coupon (doubles to 2.00 off) = .79
- Greens Ice cream - 2/4.00 (Rain check) with 1.50 off 2 coupon = 1.50
- I also used a .50 off $6.00 frozen food coupon from the coupon machine
- And, the Catalina spit me out a 3.00 off your next purchase for buying 2 Greens Ice cream -Woah
(I realize the math doesn't match up, I think some of the double coupons may have taken off more than it should)
2nd Transaction:
- 2 Bounty Napkins - 1.09 with $1.00 off 2 coupons (doubles to 2.00 off) = .18 for both
- Italian Meatballs - 3.99 with $1.00 off coupon (doubles to 2.00 off) = 1.99
- Oscar Meyer Lunch Meat - 5.49 - No Coupon, Husband needed it, but at least it was on sale
- Hot Pocket Snackers - 2.99 with 1.00 off coupon (doubles to 2.00 off) = .99 each
- Dannon Lite and Fit 4 Pack - 2.19 with 1.00 off coupon (doubles to 2.00 off) = .19
- Oikos Yogurt - Free coupon from Newspaper
- Natures Promise Eggs - 2.19 with .50 off any natures promise item from coupon machine = 1.69
- Giant brand sliced cheese - 2.00 - No Coupon, husband needed it
So after all of my coupons, total was 9.57
Grand Total from both Transactions: $13.48- Not too shabby considering I bought a pound of lunch meat, cheese and eggs!
I'll talk next week about shopping at Martins and how to use the coupon machine to your advantage.
