So here is a random deal of awesomeness.... Last night myself and 3 other girlfriends went to dinner to get out and catch up, we choose to go to Unwined in North East. Two of us had been there before and really like the food and the wine, so we decided that would be where we would eat dinner.
Long story short, we had an appetizer, 4 dinners, 1 dessert and 2 bottles of wine for less than $100.00 (it was like 97.xx something). I even forgot to purchase a restaurant.com gift certificate before we left. Bummer, but no biggy, TURNS OUT, THURSDAY'S IS HALF PRICE WINE NIGHT - who knew.
So here's an idea. Go on Thursday for half price wine night, bring your restaurant.com gift certificate (don't forget to go through ebates for 15% cash back on your purchase) and bam, thats big savings. Not only are you getting good wine, the food is delicious, the service is great and the owners seem to really care about there business being sucessful.

My Martins Double Dollar Shopping Trip
So, I went to Martins to take advantage of the double dollar coupons that I spoke about here:
I ended up with some pretty decent deals and I'll do my best to break it down for you. I spent $13.48 total over 2 transactions and purchased 16 items, which works out to be .84 cents a piece. Check it out.
1st Transaction
(I realize the math doesn't match up, I think some of the double coupons may have taken off more than it should)
2nd Transaction:
So after all of my coupons, total was 9.57
Grand Total from both Transactions: $13.48- Not too shabby considering I bought a pound of lunch meat, cheese and eggs!
I'll talk next week about shopping at Martins and how to use the coupon machine to your advantage.

Free Admissions to Museums thanks to Bank of America
Looking for something to do this weekend? Good news, on the first weekend of every month, Bank of America sponsors a program called Museums on Us. It admits you into any of the participating museums for free. Keep in mind, if you and your spouse or friend want to go, you both need a card to get in for free. Check out the site here and go and visit somewhere.
I've used the discount at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. My daughter wasn't quite 1 yet, but she loved it. P.S. If you want to park for free, park out in front of the building, and not in the parking lot. Even if you park in the parking lot, I think it is only $5.00 or so. Which is not bad, if that is all you have to pay for. You can bring bagged lunches and eat there also.
