So I am a big fan of the Cecil County Public Library. I rent movies, books, music and love to take my daughter to the classes that they offer for kids. She's just now getting to the stage where playing the in library is cool and let me tell you, Perryville has the coolest kids section. They have a little play boat (I think that's what it is), a kitchen, couches, tables, puzzles and really new computers. While Perryville has a new and cool play area, I have to give a big shout out to Mrs. Susan at the Rising Sun branch. She does an amazing job with the kids in all of the classes that she teaches. CCPL offers 3 different age group classes for babies and toddlers. Check them out, they are free and at least at RS they are all well organized and planned out.
